On September 4-5, 2024, Arad hosted the third edition of the symposium "History, Culture, and European Civilization in the Current Context. Europe – Challenges and Responses," a prestigious event held in the "King Ferdinand" Hall of the Arad City Hall. The symposium featured renowned personalities from journalism, history, and diplomacy, offering the people of Arad a unique opportunity to explore the current challenges facing the European Union and possible solutions to these challenges. Organized with the support of the Arad Prefecture, the Arad County Council, Arad City Hall, the County Cultural Center, the "Alexandru D. Xenopol" County Library, and the Arad Museum Complex, the third edition of the symposium promises to be an essential platform for debates and discussions on the major challenges currently facing Europe.
